Geometry Search

Object One:
I found an earring shaped like a flower that has five sides. This object has a symmetry called a "5-sided rotational symmetry". You can rotate it five times and it will look exactly like your previous or next turn when turning the object.
Object Two:
My second object is a small box shaped like a sixe-sided hexagon. It is also known as a reflectional symmetry, because if you make a line symmetry on the box, all the points on one side of the object will match the other side.

Geometry Art Chapter 0 Project

For my art project of chapter one, I did a field of daisys which consist of 5 daisys colored. I used a compass to do my creation by making numerous amounts of circles in a certain way.

My Goals

August- Get used to where my classes are
September-Be comfortable with classes and the school
October-Stay focused and try to get god grades
November-Try to get better at asking teachers for help
December-Work on dealing with stress when it comes to alot of work
January-Start off a new year, more goals to think about academicly and life wise
February-Work on study habits
March-Improve on being fully awake in class
April-Study for finals
May-Stay focused even though school is almost over
June-See if I can take extra classes in the summer
